Applies exclusively to transactions on www.ebay.ca when you use PayPal as the payment method. Offer begins November 19, 2009 and ends December 2, 2009 at 11:59:59pm ET. The maximum amount of cash back allowed per PayPal account is $10.00 (USD). The cash back will be deposited into your PayPal account by December 10, 2009.” So it looks like it has to be one purchase of $50 or more rather than smaller purchases, and you then get a $10 credit back in you Paypal account. I also double checked this deal on the Paypal website itself.. you can go into you paypal account and find the details there if you want to do it that way.
